There are many ways to get people onto your list. Lead magnets are one such resource. For example, you can build ebooks, checklists and cheat sheets. But you can also do content upgrades, such as PDF versions of an article with added resources in them, four-part video training series, and more. Think about your audience and what you can offer them to better serve them, then treat them with some respect and you'll eventually reap the rewards.

And, as you probably guessed, medical billers process and bill for a variety of services given to patients. If you’re thinking, “Not a lot of glamor here,” you’re right. But anyone with a high school diploma or GED can do it, and business is good.
The biggest advice I can give is to pick a small niche, set up a site and start experimenting. Make mistakes and learn from them. That’s the only way you are going to succeed. Of course, have realistic expectations. It took me more than 1-2 years to start making decent money. But the beauty of it is that once you make that first dollar, you know it works and at that point it just becomes a matter of scaling it up, working harder and smarter to scale up your business.

Think search engine optimization, Facebook ads, and other social media campaigns. It is hard work, especially on your own. You could opt for Amazon's platform, which might be the easier route. But, then again, at the end of the day, this is a serious business, which could produce significant profits. So you're either all in or you're not.

This is something that almost every major university has been doing (taking their classes online) due to the huge success they saw from University of Phoenix, which set the tone for online education. VAs work online to handle clients’ emails, make travel arrangements, manage schedules, or anything else a time-strapped client may need. Things to consider, though, are the premiums and coverage. All else being equal, first dollar policies cost the insurance company more, so they will charge a higher premium. When an insurable event occurs, the driver's out of pocket costs are less, but each month or year that driver is paying more in premiums, which offsets that advantage. Also, coverage limits may be lower with the first dollar policy. This is especially likely if the premiums seem comparable with a deductible plan.
